Do you operate as a registered business?
A.While Taylor Pacis Photography isn't an LLC just yet, I am still legally covered under a different registered business (Devitdian Arts LLC) for the time being to ensure all legal ground I covered with my clients. W-9 Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification forms, Supplier Diversity Forms, and/or Vendor profile forms can be submitted upon request.
What payment methods are available?
A.All payments will be billed through a unique link on QuickBooks sent from Devitdian Arts LLC.
Can I have the unedited images?
A.Unfortunately, I do not release unedited or RAW file format photos as I would like to deliver to you a finished product.
What is your typical timeline?
A.All images will be delivered via a personalized gallery 5-7 business days after the shoot! Graduation shoots, however, are at minimum of a 2 week turn around time. A rush fee is available for all events!
Do I have to pay for associated travel costs?
A.In short, yes you do, however, associated travel costs are usually factored into the hourly rate and package details.
Are you available outside of New York?
A.Yes! I am always available for travel and currently operate out of New York and Michigan, on occasion.
